Subject: Re: What's in a name?
Hmmm... Does B have a subset of the features of A, or is B a completely different product that shares data with A?
Does the relationship have to be explicit?
Do you need a connector, or can both A and B share the same data set?
What is the mental model your users are used to?
I look at recording software as an example: Cubase has the full version, an "elements" lite version, an a "project studio" version that is like the lite version with additional hardware.
How does your company plan to sell the product? If it's the same product, why release both?
