So the user sees one of four lists -- either apps or docs, either recent or popular -- and the title can't identify the list? I assume the user's last choice persists until changed again (affording plenty of time to forget what it was).

I'd rethink that design. I can't imagine why the title can't change when the user chooses a different list.

For that matter, since we're talking about just five links (lines) per list, I'd let users choose one or _more_ of the four to display (each appropriately labeled, of course).

IMHO, YMMV, etc.
