Something in the line of "All Users' Favorites" or "Most Frequently
Used (or Accessed)"
Those aren't very inspired, but that seems to be the general idea.
However, I'm curious about the fine points being made between opened
and viewed--not sure that would be helpful.
most recently and most frequently seem the most helpful to me, because
they'd indicate that those docs cover the most problematic or recently
updated content.
