Suraj,

Your timing is a little off, as Vancouver Island University advertised on
TechWhirl all last week about their program and associated webinar.
Fortunately, they appear to be having another one next month:

I have no experience with this (or any other) online certificate program,
but do appreciate VIU's support for this community.

I'll also note that my alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee,
has an online graduate level certificate in Professional Writing and
Communication. Information is here:
