a tray that used to hold lead type slugs that is currently used for wall displays of small items.

small clear plastic containers used to sort beads or fishing lures that are stackable or configured as drawers.

depending on how thin these things are, some sort of rolodex-analog with tabs to group like functions or as place markers

a tiny jukebox type arrangement where you select the fob by entering numbers on a keypad.

A small parts organizer chest of drawers, that typically holds screws, nuts, washers and bolts.

Are you looking for a physical object or a metaphor for some software or virtual thing? If the former, look for crafting supply storage items.
