One way of ameliorating any unintended slights to grouped countries would
be to show the radio frequency settings that they share so that they can
see why they are grouped together,

And all the Kiwis and Aussies I have worked with (I lived and worked in
Godzone for a few years) would not get their knickers in a twist about
being grouped together, especially if it were shown why.

<soapbox>One of the biggest failings of technical communications is not
telling users *why* things are the way that they are.</soapbox>
