I love Dropbox, I pay for Dropbox, but it is very expensive if all you're going to use it for is backups (with the exception that if you have less than 2GB to back up, it's free).

Most of my friends who do use dedicated online backup use Crashplan, after having issues with both Mozy and Carbonite.
