I'm need to recommend a simple, free Windows text editor. It will be used
to create lists with an LF at the end of each line. Windows Notepad will
not suffice because it attaches a CRLF at the end of each line. The editor
is to be used by a person who knows how to turn on his computer and access
email, but not much else. The KISS principle needs to be applied here.
