I had to take a test for a company recently. Part of it included math and spatial relationships. I timed out on several of the sections. Let's face it, younger people are faster that older in many things like this, and so they cut older people while remaining "undiscriminating".

I used to be great at tests when I was in my school years. Today I'd
probably strike out every time. I know that of the few (three, to be exact)
job interviews I've taken in the past 10 years where some kind of test was
administered, none of them made it to an offer.
