Just for the record, I really don't like the effect of this doc system.  It's very jumpy, and it seems to arbitrarily change the TOC contents when I navigate.  I found I actually got lost and couldn't use the TOC to get back to my starting place.  

And what's up with body content that's a few paragraphs, but you have to scroll the whole page just to see what's listed in the TOC.  So if I want to check out the *structure* of what I'm reading, I'm forced to scroll past the *content* of what I'm reading.  I think a scrolling DIV is necessary, and the TOC needs to expand/contract in the way people are used to seeing.  As it is for this particular example, I actually think steps have been taken backward!
