Hi, Monique and everyone.
Acrobat X does not appear to have the functions Monique describes in Acrobat 9.
The Print dialog box of Acrobat X has the "Summarize Contents" button.
When I click it, a popup message asks "Do you want to include the text of summarized comments in the document being printed?"
When I click "Yes," the Print dialog box returns.
I've looked through every listbox and option in this dialog box, and there is no print setting that allows me to print only pages containing comments. I can print pages within a selected range, Odd pages, Even pages, Current view, or Current page. I can print the document with or without the markup. But not only the pages containing comments!
The entire document that was produced by the "Summarize Contents" button is LONGER than my original document. I assume it has inserted a new page, containing comments only, for each page that had comments in the original. But I will only find this out for sure by printing it. There is no way to preview this document, as far as I can tell.
It sounds as if Acrobat X has *less* capability than Acrobat 9 in this regard. Can that really be true? Did they move these options somewhere else? Anybody know?
