But the LINE is still analog :)

At any rate, if you're trying to write at a sixth-grade level, I would
think landline is probably the best option. Also note there is a
distinction between writing at a sixth-grade level and writing for a
sixth-grader. Most sixth-graders would not know how to use the phones we
boomers grew up with. I was quite amused when my nephew (born in 1991)
first learned that popcorn could be made on the stovetop.
