Unless the material has a government clearance, I say don't worry
about it but take all precaution to protect it.

I have a very extensive portfolio (maybe 50 different pieces) and
almost all the material has the disclaimer on the bottom. So, I
protect the stuff by:

- Not showing any particular piece to a company that might be
considered a competitor.
- Not let it out of my site and not send/allow copies.
- Not allow it in the reviewer's hands long enough to transcribe
anything they might read.
