Hi all,
What B2B (if you use such systems) or B2C ecommerce webistes do you like/hate the most and why? When you place an order on a site, what do you consider essential, good practice, poor usability etc? I was tasked with developing the specs for such a beast and I'm looking for any insights you may have, including links to examples, if possible.
Many TIA
Erika
