Hi Megan,
Not sure if this is the kind of feedback you are looking for, but I started using Robohelp 8 after many years, I think the last version I used was 5. I find the layout confusing, it is still buggy, and things break mysteriously. It is very frustrating, especially since I wanted to single source with FM (via Adobe Tech Comm Suite).
Not a big fan. Wish I had done more research! Good luck!
