> Text : Something is misspelled. Fix it unless mgt has said, "NO!"
> Tweak : Do not make this change without looking for hidden ramifications!
> Major : Work on this to the exclusion of everything else.
> Crash : We have a consistent or reproducible failure. Fix it now.
> Block : Nothing can move forward. Example: compiler generates bad code.
A blocking bug is ahead of whatever is in first place.
