I'm not advocating anything.

I said, if it uses too muich, then it uses too much. Too much or not
too much is a personal thing based on your environment and any number
he would have given wouldn't mean much to most people. How many people
on this list would know what a number's impact would be to their
corporate network if it hit them on the head?.
