I'm copying the list in my response so you can tap their collective wisdom. Others may have additional ideas or be able to correct any errors in my response. Plus, it ensures that others who have the same or similar problem and find your post will also find the solutions suggested to you.

I've never seen anything like that. I can only speculate that it has something to do with you created the hyperlink in FM. Maybe you used the wrong command.

The correct way to create a hypertext command to go to a URL is this:

1) Apply the char format that you use for hyperlinks to the text you want turned into the link.
2) With the cursor somewhere within the link text, select Special > Hypertext.
3) In the Hypertext dialog, set Command to to Go To URL. The box below displays "message URL."
4) In that box, replace "URL" with the destination URL (e.g., and click New Hypertext Marker.

If your hypertext command already reads "message URL http://www.blah...."; -- I'm stumped. Maybe someone else on this list has an idea. Or you could try the list.
