I like "Proposed Updates" okay. Most software organizations I've worked for
call 'em "Change Requests" - a "CR" in the bug tracker. Many places have a
formal Change Request Committee with reps from all departments, including
docs, to approve and schedule changes. CRs can  be internal or
customer-driven.
