Some large clients prefer configuring with their own management system, for which their programmers need some very specific technical info from us. This info comes in a neat Provisioning Guide we provide. So my question is, does your company charge clients for this (or similar) type of information?

That would be a marketing decision, and not part of the TW process. The
key point is how best to present the Guide so the customers choose to do
business with your company, rather than some other.

I would think it might be a separately priced product, but on the other
hand it could be a "free" service bundled into the major product line as
provided to major customers. It could even be a leased service, perhaps
with the lease costs refundable at a particular purchase level. Again,
not our area; the decision is strategic, and properly belongs at the
Executive Board level.
