Janet is correct. Typography and design have retreated greatly in the
public mind over the last two decades. Now anyone who can use MS Word
(and some who cannot) believe that graphic design is something done by
anyone who can use MS Word. Indeed, most believe the same of tech
writing, except a few are astute enough to ask that prospective tech
writers also take a typing test.

Someone at Viv's outfit is aware that a bit more is involved. I wonder
if they have the gumption, the budget or the time to get the work done
correctly? This is a tremendous opportunity for someone. If Viv is
successful, either in doing it herself or in getting the right talent
brought in, she will deserve great praise.
