You lost me a bit. Do you mean "dated February 15" or is there another
date to contend with?

"Floor date" also refers to when a bill is read on the House floor, or
something like that.

I think that "floor date" is a confusing term, unless it is used for a
production date or something to do with a production floor.

I do not know what the field should be called, but I think it should be
more intuitive than "floor." Like, process, cut-off, production,
acceptance, etc.
