I was just going with typical software book format. The screen shot is
described at the beginning of a topic. Who's to say that a topic couldn't be
as long as a chapter, or as short as a page?
But you are right, and I am generalizing. I've also found helpful online
help where the screen capture is included on every page to provide
appropriate context for the instructions below.
