Hi Brian,

As you've seen, "certification" is a buggy issue. I do suggest you
look into tech writing certificate programs. I'm sure you can find
plenty of online options for those from both your local State colleges
and also from private institutions. I can't speak to them, but having
that credential in your Education bucket on your resume will help in
future job hunts. Also, if you can afford it, I suggest working toward
your PMP and perhaps a Six Sigma blackbelt. Not only are these good
programs, but they stand out in a very positive way on your resume.
