If you don't see overlapping windows, then it's probably a
(configuration) wizard, and the usual term is "panel." Though
generally there's no reason to say that, you can just say "click Next"
and go on to the instruction for the next panel.

1. <steps to get to the command> and click Add New Device.

2. Enter the device name and click Next.

3. Enter the device's IP address and click Next.

Though such documentation is a useless waste of time if it doesn't add
anything to what the user sees on screen.
