I sorta stopped biking to anywhere a few years ago, after a fall
(and a big thanks to the woman who stopped her car inches from
rolling over me).
I've now got my eyes on a RANS Street model, cruiser-style,
"crank-forward" bike with a Fallbrook Nuvinci CVT hub instead
of derailleurs. Or maybe the RANS Citi - can't decide between
them. Must find my special flipping coin... it's in a mover's
box, somewhere.
Meanwhile, I use "Stickies" (v6.7a) to pop up little yellow - and
other color - stickies to remind to do things, like sit up or
perform the neck exercises the Physio assigned to me.
I have the Stickies set to be 'always in front' when they appear,
until I actively dismiss them, and to vibrate with a red
flashing border when they first pop up.
My current challenge is to change the color sufficiently and
sufficiently often, that I continue to pay attention when they
appear.
Ok, my current challenge is to take my own advice and keep
improving my posture while I work. My current _method_ is to
keep the stickies fresh and noticable.
