Assuming we're talking about Word 2007... the following have been mentioned on Techshoret, Word-PC, and TECHWR-L:

I haven't tried any of these, so I can't vouch for them personally. Also, Christine Kent (the Word 2007 guru) urges us to just dive into Word 2007 and never look back... but I haven't tried that, either. :-)
