Why need they be any different from the usual "Draft, In Review, Published"?
Any more than that and the overhead of keeping the release states of the
topics up-to-date will start to outweigh the benefits of using Author-it.
I'd look into Variants though (grab the excellent document on these by
Hamish Blunck) as they are a better way to keep track of the versions of
topics available in your final deliverable(s).

Subject: Agile and AuthorIT
My company has started using Agile. So far I like it. I use AuthorIT (AIT)
for my documentation. In AIT you can define various release states for each
of the topic files. I am unsure as to what release states I might have. Is
there anyone out there in whirler land who uses or has used Agile and AIT or
has and ideas for what states I should have?
