I used SolidPdfConverter to convert from PDF to RTF. It preserves
columns and even tables. You could then import the RTF into Frame. I
heard that works pretty well.

You'll still need to do some manual formatting, but at least you'll
have the basic framework to start with.

BTW Hey John... great to see another from our little corner of the world.
