Did you not read the subject line? The line where it says "RoboHelp: Ready to Publish... how do I do that?" Missy clearly indicated with her subject line that she's using RoboHelp.

Rick's message was totally appropriate. Missy wanted help with RoboHelp, not help selecting a tool.
