I honestly haven't looked at Flare since I was a beta tester for it.
Back then, it was already better than RoboHelp. What do you find
problematic in their WebHelp?

As an end user, I've found Flare's proprietary WebHelp pretty sucky,
though not as bad as WebWorks Pro's..
