"This Tools Survey is designed to provide our community with a guide to
the relative popularity and satisfaction of a number of tools."

The survey asked only how important each tool is to the respondent. I'll
accept their premise that MS Word is important to nearly everyone, since
it's used by nearly everyone. But that hardly speaks to satisfaction.
