With some applications, you have to go through the first step or two
of the installer before it gives you the menu with the uninstall
command.

Adobe's current installer is the WORST I've encountered in many years,
maybe since the old tall-stack-of-diskette ones for early versions of
OS/2. It seems like it takes an hour-plus to download the package, an
hour-plus to "prepare" the installer, and an hour-plus to actually
install the app.
