My experience (Aldus apps, FM, RoboH) is that pretty much the worst thing that
can happen to the quality of customer service for an app I'm using is for its
maker to be acquired by Adobe. They've got good people developing their
products, but I'd rather spend an hour surfing web forums and blogs for
solutions to a problem than five minutes on the Adobe support line.
