There are any number of situation when sharing a screen capture comes in
handy. Like showing others how you can easily share a snagit capture on
twitter. Or if you are colloborating on an idea for a synchronous training
exercise and want to illustrate how to set it up: http://twitpic.com/pdngg
There are any number of reasons why and ways a screen cap could come in
handy if you are using Twitter as a support or training channel.
The real question is why wouldn't you want to do it.
