I just encountered a similar problem just this morning. I wanted to
create a new Excel file, so I right-clicked in the appropriate
directory, and under New got:
Microsoft Office ...
Briefcase
Bitmap Image
Microsoft Office ...
Adobe Framemaker
Microsoft Office ...
Microsoft Office ...
etc.
It took me several annoying seconds to skim those to find Excel.
