KompoZer is an open source (free) web design program that is very like
Dreamweaver, except it has a nicer interface. If you can use Dreamweaver,
you will like KompoZer. It has a built-in CSS editor as well, which is very
nice. I use it at work for release notes and other user documentation that
is not created in Eclipse.
