Chicago Manual of Style Onlinehttp://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/home.html

Inexpensive online reference, searchable, and with great FAQs. They answer
letters, and have resolved two dilemmas for me, this year.

Or The Gregg Reference Manual - Ninth Edition; Sabin, William A. (Probably
the best, most comprehensive guide to grammar, punctuation, and style there
is all in one book.) It's available at Amazon.

My recommendations :-)
