Re: Looking for a book

I have a lovely little book that I picked up at a conference called
The Project Management Advisor: 18 Major Project Screw-Ups and How to
Cut Them Off at the Pass byt Lonnie Pacelli.  The book is only about
160 pages, but it addresses how the problems happen in the first
place, and even more importantly, how to turn things around.

The problems discussed involved stakeholders, team selection,
schedules, budgets, communication, risks, and other topics that were
covered in the short (42 hr) project management course that I took a
couple of years ago.

While the book doesn't go into a lot of depth, it could be a wonderful
jumping off point for class discussions.
