Word 2007 has no manual, and so far as I can find the help has no
information on this topic.

The switches to which Jessica referred aren't options in a dialog box.
They're arguments that can be added to field codes.
Sorry, but this stuff can't all be intuited from the GUI. You really do
need to RTFM.
