Huh, well, there's a Hyperlink character style in the catalog, but
when I apply it to a cross-reference, nothing happens.
I have "Insert as hyperlink" checked in the Cross-reference dialog,
and if I apply the Hyperlink style to plain text, it is blue and
underlined.
Yes, Word is lots of fun.
