Thanks! That's out of date, but it led me to Microsoft Office Picture
Manager, the successor to Microsoft Photo Editor, which converts to
full-resolution PNG when I copy and paste from Word.
There's no New or Close command on the File menu, so it's a pain to
use, but it works.
