This sort of thing is usually indicative of designers trying to silk
purse a sow's ear. My immediate reaction is to wonder what basic
funtional faults are being masked by the attempt to get a gee-whiz
reaction from the kind of user who thinks it's cool to devote system
resources that could be better used to run apps to changing OS themes.
