Depends on how you go about it. My preference is to post to the local
STC job list first, which in my experience typically results in a
relatively manageable number of responses from mostly qualified
candidates.
Going through a stack of 200 resumes is time-consuming, but it's not
that hard to sort out the small percentage of more or less qualified
candidates whose samples might be worth a look.
