I highly recommend FrameMaker Classroom in a Book. You can get a copy
of the most recent edition, for FM7, used for around $10. FrameMaker
didn't change a whole lot between 5.5 and 8.
I used an evaluation copy of FrameMaker 9 for a couple of weeks and I
can't see that it's likely to catch on very fast in the installed
base. It's a radical change, doesn't work well on smaller displays,
and needs improvement.
