"To route" does not have the same meaning as "to traffic (in)". They're
wrong either way. If one is "routing", or more properly "directing"
traffic, one is not trafficking. Not the same at all. "Trafficking"
overwhelmingly refers to the transport of illegal or proscribed goods
and persons.

Unless they mean "routing". Might there be something the editor has to
route?
