Hi Yannia,

You didn't mention - are you working on the same sprint/iteration as your
developers, or do you lag behind them? I briefly worked at an Agile shop
(well, that's what they billed themselves as; I heard rumblings that they
didn't really practice it as well as they should but was laid off before I
found out more), and both Documentation and QA lagged one iteration behind
Development. That is, we documented and tested what the developers had
completed in the previous sprint. If there was time, we'd then do as much as
we could on the current sprint, but always with the understanding that it
might not be fully complete. There they called it "pipelining;" I'm not
certain whether that's official Agile terminology.

If you're trying to document the current sprint, I think you do have a
pretty impossible job ahead of you.
