My Cursor in Photoshop 7 has started misbehaving and I need to get it back
to its original state QUICKLY!

On my laptop, when I choose the Crop tool and create an area for cropping,
the designated area appears (complete with the moving dotted line (ants),)
with eight control boxes - one in each corner and one on each of the four
sides.

When I move the cursor away from the designated area it changes from a black
arrow to two adjoining arrows at right angles to each other.

On my PC however, when I designate the cropping area, only the four corner
control boxes appear. The cursor performs as above.

How do I get the designated cropping area on my PC to appear with eight
control boxes?

I think there must be a setting that needs changing.

Regards

Frank
