Abject apologies. It was Keith Hood, who hasn't corrected me by pm or
otherwise so far.
That said, I wasn't "having a go" at anyone. Sarah asked what my
comments re. training had to do with tech writing and I just gave a
precis of the thread as I remembered it. The important thing for me is
that the thread illustrated how some things can evoke offence - trust
me to add another to the list <oops>
