I have found things like a background ITIL or TQM (long ago in a galaxy far
away) to come in handy from time to time, and then fade with the next wave
of management gimmicks, so I just re-focus the resume as needed....with a
few standardized ones for BA, TW, Marcomm, web design.
It's hard being a successful schizophrenic isn't it? :-)

I work at being a generalist with at least one or two
skills that stand out enough for me to claim them as
specialties (these have varied over time). I maintain
resumes for all versions of me, just in case.
